We wish to introduce ourselves (Esteem Auto Pvt Ltd.,) an IATF 16949:2016 accredited leading manufacturer and exporter of Wet & Dry Cylinder Liners, Sleeves, Air – Water Cooled Blocks, for Automotive, Earthmoving, Generator, Compressor and industrial engine applications. We are in this business for past 40 years. Our colossal manufacturing unit of 50281 sq. meters is strategically located at the industrial area in Rajkot,India,and now produce over 2.4 million cylinder liners per year. We take great pride in our more than 400 plus employees, who are well experienced and technically qualified to produce highest quality product.  

Our casting capacity is about 2400 tons per month with Automatic Centrifugal Casting machines and 200+ Semi-Automatic and  manual machines. We have proprietary process, developed in-house, to produce highest quality of centrifugal casting. Our goal at Esteem Auto Pvt Ltd is to ensure the highest quality of our products and to attain that we follow rigorous quality assurance process. Machine shop has CNC (Horizontal and Vertical), VMC , special purpose boring, Plateau honing machine from NAGEL, Centre less grinding and custom made lathe machines for the precise job with narrow tolerances.  

We have invested in various equipment like Special Gauges, Roughness Tester, Slip Gauges, Height Gauges, Ferro lab, Metallurgical Microscope, Spectrometer from SPECTROMAXX Germany, UTM Tensile Tester, Hardness Tester, Equator from RENISHAW UK, Roundness Tester Talyrond-565 and Contour from TAYLOR HOBSON, Profile Projector, and a few others to help our QA team do their best job.

On-site Spectrometer helps us maintain our chemical composition for each casting batch conforming to the I.S.S., B.S.S. or ASTM specifications provided by our customers. We also have a state of the art Laser-Marking machine to facilitate proper part marking & identification.

We also produce Cylinder Liners in different materials like, S.G Iron, Tarkalloy (Boron Casting), and Bainite castings. We have the facility to do the Induction hardening inside (case hardening) the Cylinder liners for heavy duty applications like CATERPILLAR, CUMMINS, JOHNDEERE, PERKINS and NAVISTAR liners.

We currently export these liners to more than 52 countries around the world in the regions of USA, Europe, Australia, Far-East, Middle East etc, for both OEM and Aftermarket applications.
