Information

INA Over-running Alternator Pulley (OAP) dampens the engine vibrations and cyclic jerks from the crankshaft pulleys transmitting to Alternator shaft, which is having the highest moment of inertia at engine speed changes. Unique features of INA OAP are : - Improves significantly the belt drive performance by overrunning function at sudden speed reduction. - Overrunning in opposite rotating direction. - Torque transmission in one rotating direction. - Reduces belt slippage due to sudden speed changes. - Reduced tensioner movements, resulting in improved tensioner life. - Reduced NVH level. - Improved dynamic belt drive behavior. - Cost-effective and compact solution. - Potential of idle speed reduction. - Reduced hub load and rattling noise of belt.
