Information
It consist of Cover housing, Pressure plate, Driven plate – Main, Driven plate – PTO, lever kit – main, lever kit – PTO and Diaphragm spring.
The Double clutch cover assembly is bolted to the flywheel and provides the pressure needed to hold the main disc & PTO disc to the pressure plate & flywheel respectively for proper power (Torque) transmission.
Provide a means to independently engage and disengage the engine output from the gearbox wheel drive and PTO output. Unique features of LuK Tractor double clutch are :
- Common diaphragm design ensures same clamp load on wheel driven plate as well as power take off driven plate.
- Low clutch pedal loads.
- High grade coil spring material to maintain the clamp load in higher load condition.
- More wear reserve for more life.
- Hardened release lever tips and low friction moving parts for longer life.
- Ventilation slots around the clutch housing for heat dissipation.
- Dynamically balanced to avoid vibration at high speed.
