VARIANT T: High-speed welding machine

The VARIANT T1 is a welding machine designed for overlap, hemming and pipe welding for PVC, PP or PE tarpaulins. In addition to the impressive top speed of up to 18 m/min (59 ft/min). Smooth welding is also ensured at high speed with Material-specific parameters. Perfect for advertising banner welding, awning and wind blocker welding, flexible tank welding, plastic fabric hoses welding, pool waterproofing, protective cover welding, tent tarpaulin welding, textile roofing and facade welding, truck tarpaulin welding

SEAMTEK W-900 AT: Innovative plastic welding technology guarantees high-quality welding

The SEAMTEK W-900 AT is the first welding machine to feature the innovative low voltage hot-wedge technology from Leister. This new welding machine is based on the proven SEAMTEK 900 AT. During critical points, the speed can be reduced, similar to a sewing machine, simply and without interruption of the welding process. This innovative plastic welding technology guarantees high-quality welding seams. With Leister SEAMTEK W-900 AT, posters, tents, covers, tarpaulins, sun protection and many other products made of thermoplastic coated fabrics can be processed and welded.

HEMTEK ST: Welding instead of stitching

The HEMTEK ST can be used for a wide range of applications and is extremely intuitive to use. A high-quality, stress-free welding experience is guaranteed, thanks to its foot pedal, which allows both hands to remain free to guide the material. The welding machine takes up very little space, can be set up quickly and is ready to weld as soon as it's assembled. HEMTEK ST doesn’t require any material preparation prior to welding or any welding with a heat gun afterwards. Hems on banners or tarpaulins can be welded from start to finish in one welding process.
