The GRT series is suitable for vast applications in Textile, Leather, Carpet, Technical Fabrics, Rubber and Plastic based materials. All the machines offer highest level of technology & safety. Specially designed three phase induction motors are balanced and virtually noiseless. All machines come with standard 380/400 V, 50 Hz motors. These motors do not need regular maintenance, so can be easily used during the production process for long hours continuously. All machines under GRT series are suitable for transversal cut & can be arranged with an anchor flange to be easily adjusted on fixed or automated hanger. It's aluminium base is Teflon® coated that allows an easy feed by reducing friction between base & fabric. It is possible to install this cutting unit on sliding rails within a minimum space. Semi automatic sharpening stone allows the sharpening of knife edge to be done in less than 10 seconds without removing the knife. Transparent blade protection for finger safety and fixed back blade protection.. CLF-IP20 electric insulation. Electric cable length - 1.5 mt (w/o plug).

The simplest applicable equation is: Stress = force / area or = F/A The stress generated by a cutting implement is directly proportional to the force withwhich it is applied, and inversely proportional to the area of contact. Hence, the smallerthe area (i.e., the sharper the cutting implement), the less force is needed to cut something. It is generally seen that cutting edges are thinner for cutting soft materials and thicker for harder materials. This progression is seen from kitchen knife, to cleaver, to axe, and is a balance between the easy cutting action of a thin blade vs strength and edge durability of a thicker blade. We have introduced many firsts to the industry.
